OMAN DRILLING & SOIL TECHNOLOGY CO. LLC (Business name: ODST) is a fully Omani owned Limited Liability company.

The operations of the Company is managed by Mr. Ali Mohd. Ali Al-Mahrouky as Managing Director supported by a team of qualified and experienced Engineers and Executives. The Company is registered with Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Regn. No.1/32328/8), Tender Board, Oman Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Water Resources, DGPM Diwan of Royal Court, Ministry of Defence, PDO and other Government Agencies.

The major operations of the Company are Geotechnical Investigation and Services, Engineering Geological Studies, Soils and Construction material testing and Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration with Diamond Core Drilling etc. The Geotechnical division of the company offers a wide range of services like Soil Investigation, Foundation Design, Slope Stability studies, various Engineering Geological Studies for dams, reservoirs, roads, bridges, tunnels etc, Geophysical survey, Topographic survey, Laboratory testing for soil and construction materials, material appraisal and approval as per relevant standards etc. The geotechnical division also offers specialised consultancy services for all kinds of Geotechnical, Engineering, Geological, Hydrogeological and Geo-Environmental problems. ODST has a full scale geotechnical and material testing laboratory equipped with latest state of the art equipment and software and is thus in a position to offer full range of soil and materials testing services.

In the time since its inception, ODST has established itself as a foremost Company in the Sultanate of Oman for Geotechnical Investigations, Engineering Geological and Hydrogeological Studies, Topographic Survey and Diamond Core Drilling. It has executed several major and prestigious time-bound projects for Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals, Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, Sultan Qaboos University, OLNG Project at Sur, Petroleum Development Oman etc. to name a few.
